In the Pretty Polly, the vote goes to Stage Flight ahead of Bunood and Sindirana. Third to Speciosa in the Rockfel Stakes last time, Stage Flight arguably has the best form on offer here and she gets the vote. Remember that Speciosa has gone on to take this year's Nell Gwyn. Under The Rainbow gained a Listed win last time but her penalty will make life tough. Bunood finished last season with a Listed second and, even though the form does not look outstanding, she can go well, as can Sindirana, although she has four lengths to find based on that form. Ghost Story's second to the well-touted Silver Touch at Newbury last time makes her an interesting contender, Park Esteem is a well-related debutante, but this is a big step up in class for Postage Stamp, as it is for Riyalma based on her Leicester maiden debut second. Saabiq's Nell Gwyn fifth entitles her to some respect, but it did not look like a strong Classic trial. All of which returns us to the selection, which is Stage Flight.
