        Verdict

        Passover deserves a change of luck but is still creeping up the weights and a longer trip may not necessarily be the answer. Watersmeet is a pound lower than when second on the Rowley Mile here in May but has barely raised a gallop in two starts since, finishing 11 lengths adrift of stable companion FIRE FIGHTING over 1m2f at Goodwood. The top weight finished last in a Group 3 at Haydock last week but this is a much easier test and he has won over 1m4f on Polytrack, though does most of his racing over shorter. Knights Table didn't run badly at Goodwood after rattling up a hat-trick so shouldn't be ignored while Missed Call would have claims on her best form but Niceofyoutotellme remains out of sorts.
