This has been a bad race for favourites in recent seasons but a good one for Mick Channon whose Sonning Rose has plenty to do in order to complete a hat-trick for the yard. Cochabamba had her behind at Goodwood along with Cape Dollar and Date With Destiny with the ground proffered as an excuse for the latter. I Love Me deserves a crack at this level and looks a live player on her close fifth in a sales race but ABTASAAMAH is possibly the filly with the most potential. It was no surprise to see this half-sister to a Breeders' Cup winner demolish the field at Southwell but she promises to be equally proficient on turf judged by her debut effort in a decent maiden. Hurricane Havoc wasn't suited by a slowly run race at the Curragh and could be the one to give her most to do although Shim Sham and Submission won their maidens well enough and can improve.
