In depth

Formwatch

Ajeel (IRE) Well related colt, but may be better for the run.

Blue Knight (IRE) Disappointing on debut and best left alone.

Canlis Stable has a fair record with it's juvenile's and any support for this Halling colt would be significant.

Common World (USA) Stable's youngster's usually come on for the run and best watched.

Craiova (IRE) Another who has an interesting pedigree but looks to be stable second string on jockey booking.

Ghannam (USA) Should improve on debut effort at Newbury but it is surprising seeing him stepping down in trip.

Jan Brueghel (USA) Solid effort on only appearance and should improve on that; could be involved in the finish.

Mazury (USA) Hails from a stable much touted for it's two-year-olds recently and a market move may be significant.

Midnight Parkes Half-brother to numerous winners including the smart Summerhill Parkes; excellent chance if stepping up on debut effort at Pontefract.

Montauroux (IRE) Looks to have a stiff task on his debut and best watched.

Novak Looks stable second string and two runs have been disappointing.

Pinchbeck Should come on for the outing and more will become apparent post race.

Primo Dawn Plenty of Stamina on her Dam's side and his stable has a fair record with it's two-year-olds; could well surprise a few.

Sennen Cove Well beaten on both starts to date (may not have handled soft latest); likely to struggle.

Totem Pole Fair debut effort but would need to improve a large amount to take a hand here.

Tudor Wood Has improved with every run including when stepping up last time but may still not be good enough.

Aldora Decent first effort but would probably not be good enough.

Candour Speedily bred and best watched here.

Fledge Another whose chances may be reflected in the market.

Fred's Dream Stable out of form and not one to consider seriously.

Hiddendale (IRE) Has the best form of those with experience and will take all the beating if on song.

Western Applause Should improve on debut effort here earlier this month and will be thereabouts.

Star of Arabia (IRE) best watched for the time being.
