Verdict

Neither Bremner nor Cloudscape could cope with Barley Mow when stepped up to Listed company last time. But the latter had finished well ahead of Top Tug before that and can figure if handling the ground. Soft going is no problem for FAMOUS KID, however, as he won easily at Thirsk earlier this month and is preferred to the other Godolphin representative Devilment. Polytrack maiden winner Bayre has more on his plate in this company but it could pay to keep a close eye on Stormardal as he wasn't disgraced when starting 50/1 behind War Command in last year's Dewhurst Stakes.
