In depth

Verdict

ANGE DES MALBEREAUX is likely to be the subject of strong support on his debut for Dan Skelton. Below par the last twice for James Ewart, the best of his runs during the winter months read well enough for him to contend. Most of his form is with cut in the ground but he's performed creditably on good ground too and hopefully the Skeltons can weave their magic once again with new recruits. Borak is an obvious candidate in an ordinary contest as he comes in search of the hat-trick whilst still inhabiting a workable mark. He goes well for Robert Williams. Ruby Russet could be interesting for Colin Tizzard off her lowly mark after wind surgery and Chantecler cannot be discounted if putting his best foot forward.
