CARDINAL returned with a good third at Goodwood following a break and that should have blown away a few cobwebs. The ground won't be a problem for Robert Cowell's seven-year-old and he's unlikely to be far away here. Bouncy Bouncy is a bit in and out but this is her best trip and she's another with claims along with Bath winner Amber Heights, though a leap in the weights hasn't done her any favours. Sleepy Blue Ocean is in good nick and is well berthed for a front-runner. He could also go close but this is a lot tougher than the maiden that Handsome Stranger won at Newcastle while Whitecrest and Comptonspirit are infrequent winners. Ambitious Icarus was just beaten on heavy ground at Hamilton last time but this could be on the sharp side for him.
