Verdict

Stamina is unlikely to be a problem for TOPAMICHI, who ploughed through the Carlisle mud to land a gamble three weeks ago. His dam, Topatori, stayed well and this should be within his range off a mark of 67. Woody Bay is knocking on the door but has to give 6lb to the selection and Newmarket winner Magic Channel, though the latter was a little disappointing when only second at Kempton last time. The longer trip could bring about some improvement in Forced Family Fun but East Texas Red isn't really progressing and Attansky already seems to have two ways of running. Persian Wave may not stay and Warrant Officer only won a seller at Yarmouth but they may still be the pick of the remainder.
