Sublimation can win an ordinary maiden but this may prove to be an above average contest with representatives of some of the leading yards competing. John Gosden runs a couple with Kempton fourth Thomas Hobson preferred to stablemate Brass Ring. The latter wears her owner's second colours, with the first worn by Sir Henry Cecil's Emperical. He finished third over 7f at Lingfield in November but Shades Of Silver was well beaten on his debut at Sandown back in July and has more to prove. THOUWRA went close on his introduction at Wolverhampton over a slightly longer trip and the Godolphin colt gets a tentative vote in this. Prairie Ranger and Song Light are worth noting along with the newcomer and Dante Stakes entry Centurius.
