Verdict

This looks wide-open but SUWAAN made a winning start for Ruth Carr’s in-form yard when scoring at Newcastle last month and could be worth sticking with. Monteamiata and the more-exposed Fethiye Boy have won maiden races on the all-weather this year while Desert Sport ended last season with a maiden success at Newcastle. Tallinski goes handicapping for the first time on his return while Fabric went close at Windsor in October and The Big Short was placed at Kempton in the same month.
