Our Boy Jack is eased in grade and capable of going close if in the mood but Hot Mustard may now be in the handicapper's grip and was only fifth last time in a weaker contest on Polytrack. Big Time is gradually getting there and Janaab and Dual Mac weren't beaten far behind Father Bertie in a competitive affair over this trip at Redcar last time. But we'll take a chance on ICE SLICE, who is only a couple of pounds higher than when winning a similar contest on soft going at Newbury a year ago. He's been running well this season without reward and gets on well with Graham Lee. Le Chat D'or is also coming down the weights but looks held by the selection on this year's efforts.
