      Verdict

Eyre Apparent may still be a few pounds too high and would prefer a softer surface but A P McCoy's booking is a positive sign. Ring Bo Ree has a lengthy absence to overcome and is another carrying plenty of weight while Endeavor is likely to struggle off today's mark but useful ex-hunter Good Egg should have more to offer under Rules and Strobe won twice here in this grade before being pulled in better company last time. TWILL STAND TO US needs to improve his jumping but going back right-handed should help and he remains capable of better. He gets one more chance though it would be no surprise to see Etxalar go well after a break.
