In depth

Verdict

The Magic Bishop is gradually coming down the weights and should be winning soon but Rossini's Dancer was pulled up over 3m here when last seen in May and More Equity, who was due to run here yesterday, usually reserves her best for Kelso. Jockey bookings suggest Via Archimede is the pick of Lucinda Russell's pair while Strobe is a C&D winner, though does have two ways of running. SAINT LUKE proved disappointing over hurdles after winning three times in bumpers and running well at both Cheltenham and Aintree. This is his chasing debut but he could be thrown in if getting back to anywhere his best so gets a tentative vote.
