In depth

Verdict

This is possibly more competitive than first appears. Novo Dawn has been placed over hurdles but a better recent run was over fences. KARINGO had Galveston behind when winning a novices’ handicap over track and trip last time and can defy a 5lb rise. Mac N Cheese has a lengthy absence to overcome on his first start for a new stable while Devito'sgoldengirl has further improvement to find. Viognier was still beaten six lengths when second in a maiden last time.
