Verdict

Feisty Lass has gone well here the last twice for Gordon Elliott and now reverts to fences. She has only had two runs under Rules over the larger obstacles but her point-to-point experience should see her in good stead off a feasible mark. Fellow Irish raider Mourne Paddy is also respected despite conceding weight all round and the three-time point-to-point winner should relish this extra distance after finishing third here last time behind Toledo Gold. Polarbrook should run his race again off an unchanged mark but LORD OF DRUMS looks very much on the upgrade and is two out his last three over fences. He appears to be improving with each run and can handle a 5lb rise for his most recent success here in July. A point-to-point success over 3m should mean this step-up in trip will not inconvenience.
