Sergeant Pink is becoming a really solid, reliable handicapper for Dianne Sayer. He has a recent course success to his name when getting home by a head from the re-opposing Castlelawn and has scored since at Cartmel for which he totes a 7lb penalty. He's hard to desert but CASTLELAWN can take revenge on 8lb better terms. The selection previously posted two decisive chase successes at Hexham and looks a useful young chaser in the making for Lucinda Russell. Strongpoint has gone well over hurdles the last twice, whilst Hawaii Klass is another with a liking for this venue with a win and second here in his last three starts. Scotch Warrior scored over course and distance when last seen in May and Strobe is yet another specialist here with victories the last twice over 2m5f. Upped 10lb for those success, Strobe still receives weight all round and cannot be ruled out in a really competitive heat.
