In depth

Verdict

FEATHERINTHEATTIC is two from four for Nicky Henderson and the key to him seems to be good ground so he should go very well here with the proviso that the rains stay away. The significant step up in trip should further assist his cause and he can gain a third success over timber, although his future surely lies over the larger obstacles in time. He won't have it his own way here though trying to concede 6lb to Majorica King. The Sherwood inmate was clearly amiss when pulled up at Wetherby when last seen but the quality and depth of his previous novice hurdle form makes him a real danger if he is over whatever ailed him last time at the Yorkshire venue. He's one to keep on the right side. Koultas King is next best.
