Having won the Group 1 Gran Criterium as two-year-old, few would have envisaged seeing Zafisio in a novice hurdle at Plumpton at this stage of his career. He would probably have made short work of these in his prime but recent efforts on the Flat suggest he's a light of former days and blinkers are applied on his hurdling bow. We'll take him on with HENRY SAN, who doesn't appear to have much in the way of pace but was clear of the third when runner-up to Challow Hurdle third Double Ross at Folkestone and has solid claims here on that effort. Specialagent Alfie was third over C&D earlier this month and has each-way claims, along with the unexposed Marcus Antonius and Sew On Target, but Bhakti may need the experience.
