      Verdict

      CAMACHO CHIEF completed a double over the minimum before not getting the run of the race in a Hamilton nursery. He then ran very well on testing ground in a lucrative sales race at the Curragh and can get back to winning ways. Rastacap won on the Tapeta at Newcastle before a fair run on soft ground at Ripon while Feebs showed his liking for heavy going at Haydock and any further rain would aid his cause. Big Les has only raced on Tapeta and fast ground but Danehill Desert didn't run badly in a Beverley claimer on soft going where he had to be switched before staying on. Finnion Fox ran poorly at Chester after showing a bit of promise at Carlisle.
