        Verdict

        Ann Duffield's Insolenceofoffice deserves to get his head in front after some decent placed efforts but may once again have to settle for minor honours along with Jedd O'Keefe's Moral Issue, who has 2lb to find on official BHA ratings with him. Tim Easterby's Caramella Brownie showed improved form at Redcar last time but probably needs to improve again and of more interest may be David Barron's Fieldgunner Kirkup, who has run well in both starts so far and should be thereabouts once more. The verdict though goes the way of the previously unraced BOOGIE SHOES from the stable of Michael Jarvis, who takes the eye on pedigree and wouldn't need to be anything out of the ordinary to make a winning debut.
