Yankee Bright has form claims but RHYTON may improve past her and land this weak maiden. Sir Michael Stoute has a profitable record with runners at this track and that bodes well for the claims of our pick, who showed some promise when mid-division in a fair Leicester maiden. He needs to leave the bare form behind to score but is from a family that progress with racing and the winner of that contest was placed in the King George V handicap at Royal Ascot on Thursday. We'll pin our hopes on Sir Michael's journey being worth while as Yankee Bright looks worth taking on. James Given's filly was second to a Royal Ascot hopeful herself last time but the gap between the winner and her at the line was greater than the official margin suggests and her rating of 70 may be flattering. Even that doesn't set an exacting standard and she's beginning to look exposed. She should still prove too good for 57-rated Sharakti although his best effort came here at Pontefract whilst Quitao isn't living up to his pedigree and was a long way behind Yankee Bright last time. Fuzzypeg is a daughter of Motivator who wasn't unbacked in a fair maiden at Doncaster and could have improvement in her but she'll need it to beat Rhyton if he improves as expected.
