    Verdict

SOSIAN has been beaten a neck and a short-head in her two starts to date, the latest by subsequent winner Tulip Fever at York. She receives 6lb from comfortable Hamilton winner Kalagia which could swing things her way. Big Les wasn't beaten far in two runs at Newcastle and showed up well in a better race at York while Wensley couldn't quite catch Roundhay Park at Beverley and the likely softer ground should be in his favour. Our Little Pony is well exposed and has only raced on fast ground.
