The Andy Haynes-trained Desperate Dan was dropped into a seller to win at Newmarket last month and may struggle to follow up back in a handicap in a contest where EVELYN MAY looks the one to beat with Lucky Dan looking the main danger. The selection looked unlucky in running when hampered over a furlong out at Newmarket last month and the Barry Hills-trained filly looks worth siding with racing off the same mark today. Paul Midgley's Dispol Kylie showed improved form at Newcastle last month and has every chance racing off the same mark today. John Quinn's Select Committee looks to be going the right way judged by his close second at Beverley last time and he is another with every chance in a competitive contest. Paul Green's Lucky Dan gained a well deserved success when landing a Chester handicap last month and he should be thereabouts again but Evelyn May looked unlucky at Newmarket last time and can gain compensation today.
