    Verdict

Double Vodka comes here on a roll and can score again, mainly at the expense of Barking Mad, Night Sight, Go Tech and Stallone. The selection has won his last three races, rising 10 pounds in the ratings as a consequence but, given that he comes here in such good heart, looks the type to follow until beaten. Barking Mad looks to be on a fairly competitive mark, even off topweight, while Dream Magic is actually back to a winning rating but is struggling to get in front where it most matters. Go Tech's Pontefract win last time entitles him to supporters, and Night Sight remains consistent and should again give you a good run for your money from a reasonable rating. Stallone is back to below a mark from which we know he can win and, although his recent form is uninspiring, he drops back to 10 furlongs today and has won over course and distance. It would be hard to build a very strong case for many of the others, even though their best form entitles them to bag some money. Overall, though, it is hard to escape the credentials of Double Vodka, who gets the call.
