Alisios was well beaten on his Yarmouth debut and started 66/1 at Leicester but ran really well behind Maverick Wave. He looks certain to go well though a low draw won't help and ERRONEOUS looks the one to be on from his high berth. He made a pleasing debut behind Il Paparazzi at York in July and the winner wasn't beaten far in a Group 3 subsequently. Both Tears And Rain and Smart Alec are well enough drawn and will be better for their opening runs though the biggest threat could prove to be Soviet Courage, who attracted strong support on his debut at Pontefract but ran green after being impeded at the start.
