Verdict

SET ME FREE's third to Common Touch at York last July has worked out well and he only found Poyle Punch too good on his reappearance at Kempton last month. His pedigree suggests he'll have no problem with this extra furlong and Luca Cumani's gelding is clearly the one to beat in this. Bella Montagna hasn't shown a great deal in two runs so far while the others with experience have little to recommend them so forecast-backers could probably do worse than take a chance on Alan Swinbank's debutant Born To Shine, who is related to some decent performers in the States.
