WILLIAM MORGAN has struggled in the main this season but that has seen his mark drop to its lowest level this term which has enabled him to drop in class and he may be able to give weight away to inferior rivals. A little has to be taken on trust but, given that he was able to beat Victoire De Lyphar from a pound higher rating twelve months ago, the ability is clearly there. The bookmakers are unlikely to take much of a chance with his price and course and distance maiden winner Viking Warrior may appeal to more punters. Chookie Avon makes the short-list following his win at Musselburgh in first-time cheekpieces, Shadwell cast-off Muqalad is of obvious interest on debut for new connections, Hot Rod Mamma, Choc'a'Moca and Uddy Mac have each-way claims while Bahamian Jazz has come a long way down the weights and may yet improve.
