Verdict

TOPAMICHI looks the safest option as he finished a close-up fifth over today's trip at Yarmouth last time and handles cut in the ground. No doubt Alcaeus will attract interest stepping up in distance for Sir Mark Prescott, although his yard has yet to find top gear, while Algorithmic and Sorcellerie are others who may improve for the longer trip. Rainford Glory scored over 1m4f on the Polytrack last month but has failed to figure in three subsequent starts and Helmsley Flyer makes more appeal after a better effort at Beverley last week.
