        Verdict

        Easy ground will suit Becausewecan and he's finally starting to come down the weights but it's interesting that Silvestre De Sousa rides BODY LANGUAGE for Ian Williams rather than the top weight. The latter was in obvious need of her reappearance at Haydock but ran well for a long way and a first try over 2m should suit. She gets the nod ahead of Hollins, successful in a valuable staying handicap at Goodwood last year but probably better over even further. The three-year-olds Choisan and Gabrial's Star should also play a part and Petella is a previous C&D winner but Wild Desert, Riptide and Anna's Arch are usually worth opposing.
