Verdict

Mulligatawny hasn’t won since landing last year’s renewal and is now back on a winning mark. But he has plenty to find with runner-up MIKMAK on latest running here and the latter also beat Daawy when scoring over track and trip in June. He should go close again as one of a strong team of Tim Easterby-trained runners at the meeting. Indomeneo is another course and distance winner though was still beaten a long way when third at Pontefract last time but Winged Spur has every chance on a close-up second at Yarmouth and is also preferred to Copper Baked.
