A wide draw probably isn't ideal but GREATWOOD didn't do a great deal wrong on his debut behind Penny Rose at Leicester. The winner has gone on to score easily in better company and Luca Cumani's colt, who has an entry in next year's Derby, can get off the mark here. So Beloved is still engaged in this month's Racing Post Trophy so should step up on his debut fourth at Newbury while Lions Arch ran well to finish fifth at Doncaster considering he was easy to back. Frankie prefers the once-raced Tawhid to Conversing while Mombasa should improve with experience and Mujarrad and the filly La Chiffonier are newcomers to note.
