    Verdict

Roger Charlton sets a bit of a poser by saddling Secondo and the filly Sibaya. Both started favourite last time but neither are particularly well drawn here. SECRETLY was only beaten a head on her debut over this trip at Newbury in August and looks the one to beat on that form. She's much preferred to stablemates Apricot Sky and Mediska. Lady Vermeer showed promise at Newmarket and Doncaster last year but may do better when tackling handicaps, a route that Beverley third Talqaa has already gone down.
