Seventh Hill has been holding his form well since scoring at Bath three starts ago but HAWRIDGE KING is looking well treated these days so is given a chance to repay punters after being a beaten favourite last time out while Zaif isn't weighted out of a challenge. A course and distance winner in the past the selection was beaten three lengths into third behind a well-handicapped runner when turned over as market leader on that last run. There looks to be nothing of that ilk this time and based on his near miss at Newmarket in October he's weighted to get his head in front. Seventh Hill wasn't held that far by the in form Fantino on his last run and with that the latest of a few good starts he is clearly on form. Zaif's run behind Shy two runs back off a similar mark puts this consistent runner n the frame while Michael Scudamore seems to have got his string going well which brings Dark energy into the picture. A few in with chances in this handicap but Hawkridge King is given a chance to repay his supporters.
