CHAIN LIGHTNING came in for significant market support in the Britannia Handicap at Royal Ascot and was only beaten three lengths by the winner, despite finishing eighth. Runner-up Dominant has already franked the form of his C&D victory in April and Richard Hannon's three-year-old should take all the beating in this. The Only Key won for the first time in this country when getting the better of All Action over C&D three weeks ago and could improve further, but the jury is out on Absinthe after she flopped again at Chester. Oceanway has a penalty for scoring on the Roodeye last week but won easily that day and looks capable of holding his own in this better grade.
