        Verdict

        Course regular Drift And Dream is considered back at her favourite venue however FELSHAM should appreciate a return to five furlongs and is selected ahead of Adventure Story and Erebus. Henry Candy's colt is back down to a mark of 75 which is just a pound higher than his last win at Bath. That came over five furlongs on quick ground and with his recent third to Poppy Seed at Windsor looking solid he looks sure to run well. Six Diamonds is a consistent filly but she couldn't keep tabs on Perfect Blossom at Epsom and looks opposable, Adventure Story looks to have the pace to cope with this drop in trip and she will be running on well at the line, whilst Erebus acquitted himself well in a fair Ascot race last month and looks handicapped to win again. Pherousa is better than a rare Bath flop last month but she finds it hard to win, bottom-weight Royal Blade looks fairly-treated on this return to sprinting, whilst Drift And Dream is 5lbs higher than when successful here in June (beating Pherousa) but is still respected after a mini-break. An open sprint then where preference is for Felsham.
