Verdict

Potentially a decent race in prospect and SEHOY is offered a chance to redeem himself with Almuktahem and Sequillo on the list of dangers. The George Strawbridge colt looked high class when obliging in a Lingfield maiden at the back end of March and is likely to have gone into many notebooks as a result. However, things did not pan out as he was subsequently hammered out of sight in a Newbury handicap. That race was on a soft surface, so we are prepared to forgive him in the hope that all the time off since has brought about some mental and physical maturity. Almuktahem made all to take a turf maiden at Lingfield. The form of that run does not look to be anything out of the ordinary, and connections will be hoping that the visor works for a second time. Sequillo sunk a Godolphin hotpot at Folkestone. He probably got in front earlier than the jockey would have liked and he idled badly close home. Akbabend was turned over at odds on at Ripon so is watched tonight. Amazing Blue Sky was far from disgraced in a fair contest at Beverley and it's worth noting that the yard's horses are in flying form. Smart Endeavour and Tottie have plenty on for what they have achieved thus far. Sehoy is our shout in a race that should throw up plenty of future winners.
