FRESH AIR AND FUN may be able to make a welcome return to form and get the better of Meanus Dandy and Appleaday. The selection hasn't raced with an awful lot of zest this season but that has seen his mark slip to a level where he's now just rated 1lb higher than when winning this race twelve months ago. He did come into last year's contest in better form so a fair bit has to be taken on trust but he'll be priced accordingly and is worth chancing. Meanus Dandy has yet to translate his promise between the flags to his performances under Rules but it would be no surprise to see him fare better now handicapping whilst Appleaday is now 1lb lower than when winning over course and distance just over a year ago on his sole visit to the track. Bowleaze is a former winner of this race, Or Jaune is another slipping down the weights, Minella Theatre has less on his plate than when tackling Long Run in the Feltham whilst Dead Or Alive represents a respected combination. There aren't many that boast solid profiles in this race so a market check is advised but Fresh Air And Fun is the suggestion.
