BUZZWORD can keep Godolphin's hot streak going here in this Group 3 contest at the main expense of Prompter and Black Spirit. The selection won a maiden in good style at Windsor last month before going close in a Group 2 contest at Goodwood. He was denied a clear run that day so it was a good effort under the circumstances and in this slightly easier race he can gain his first Group success. The slightly longer trip is another plus as he is bred to be suited by this extra furlong. Prompter has got some fancy entries so he is obviously well regarded and he couldn't have been any more impressive when winning his maiden at Chester earlier in the month. This is a steep rise in class for him but he remains unexposed and he has to be on the shortlist. Black Spirit actually beat Prompter on his debut at Ascot, albeit by a narrow margin, but that race has worked out well and it will be interesting to see how he copes on his first try in Group company. The Richard Hannon-trained Cumulus Nimbus wasn't beaten far in France last time but he was doing his best work at the finish that day so this drop in trip might not work in his favour. Shakespearean and Simenon are others worth a mention, but Buzzword sets the standard and he should prove tough to beat.
