In depth

Verdict

Fillies have won three of the last five renewals and Chupalla was impressive on her debut at Kempton and has plenty of top-class entries. Jule In The Crown looks to have plenty to find, however, and Salisbury winner Bohemian Flame is held by the experienced Tomily on collateral form. MEHMAS easily picked off the odds-on Global Applause over 6f at Newbury on his second start. He had the speed to win over 5f at Chester on his debut so dropping back to the minimum won't be a problem and he should extend his unbeaten record. Copper Knight won the Lily Agnes at Chester so is no slouch but he's got an outside draw to contend with.
