In depth

Verdict

John Wade loves to have a winner here and KNOCKAVILLA is his only entry today. The nine-year-old looked to be on the way back and on a decent mark when second at Cartmel two weeks ago and John Dawson again takes off 7lb. La Pantera Rosa will be no pushover, however, as he's on a hat-trick after wins at Wetherby and Market Rasen though ideally needs further than this. Taffy Thomas won at Market Rasen in July but has struggled since while Kosta Brava still looks too high in the weights and All That Remains continues to disappoint.
