Verdict

Golden Feather is our pick with Moor Spirit and I'm Your Man the alternatives. Evan Williams' charge beat some useful sorts last time out at Uttoxeter and while the going is very different today, he has shown an aptitude for any surface and can put it altogether again. Moor Spirit is always a factor on genuinely fast ground. The handicapper has dropped him 2lb after a couple of failures. I'm Your Man is always one to note in the market. He needs to reverse form with our selection in order to win this. Polar Gale has proved disappointing though is a winner over chase fences rather than hurdles. Downing Street appears to have regressed badly. Chigorin is tried again over this trip having narrowly missed the frame at Uttoxeter. Chukchi Country is exposed as plating class although has won over course and distance in the past. Eborarry has ability but is quirky. Blast The Past isn't the most fluent of fencers. Golden Feather is on a roll at present and we stick with him in what is the most competitive race on the card.
