Verdict

There's rarely a meeting goes by here without a Tony Martin winner and GOLAN GUY looks most likely to oblige followers of the County Meath handler today. Following several decent efforts in better company, the six-year-old finally got of the mark at Down Royal earlier this month and a follow up is on the cards. Time Machine was third at Perth 12 days ago but the likes of Double Seven, William Wordsworth, Second Glance and Three Monkeys all return from a lay-off and the once-useful Kaprun has been sidelined for the best part of two years. Dashing Ruby should trip fitter for a recent run at Kilbeggan, however, and could challenge for a place.
