    Verdict

Tomorrow's Dancer is hard to weigh up after just the three runs necessary for a handicap mark so may be best watched and marginal preference is for Ellablue, with Princess Ellis rated the best of the rest. The selection has done most of her racing on the all-weather but has a soft ground pedigree and there may be more to come from the daughter of Bahamian Bounty who is race fit. A market move for Peggys Flower would be of interest, while Almora Guru faces no easy task from her outside draw. Clewer should appreciate the underfoot conditions and has to be respected, especially coming here fit from the all-weather. The lightly raced Mandurah is open to improvement and is another to consider along with Eric Alston's Princess Ellis, who is bred to handle the cut in the ground. Ellablue has plenty in her favour though and she gets the vote.
