Verdict

Three of CHARLES PARNELL's eight victories have come over C&D and he's 5lb lower than when scoring at Ayr in October. It would be no surprise to see him bounce back to form and take this contest. Exceedingly Good has been in decent form over 7f of late though he's now 6lb higher than when winning here in March, while Boy The Bell returned to form with a close-up fourth at Ripon last month but his sole victory in 24 starts came at Wolverhampton. Tamino produced a better effort at this track on his reappearance and could prove best of the rest.
