Verdict

The experienced horses here appear nothing special and so we will look to the newcomers for our selection and plump for Didactic, Marquee and Smash N'Grab may provide most danger. Jamie Osborne has had a bit of a quiet spell but he has been back amongst the winners recently. His runner Didactic is a son of Diktat, who's progeny tend to do well on the all-weather, and the dam was a dual winner over seven furlongs. he will not have to be anything special to win this and he gets our vote. Smash N'Grab is from the powerful Kevin Ryan yard and although she didn't show too much on her debut she wasn't given a hard time and should improve. Marquee is a well bred son of Mark Of Esteem and hails from a yard that is capable of having one ready first time up. The other newcomer to keep a close watch on in the betting is Baileys Outshine, but on this occasion we just prefer Didactic.
