    Verdict

Mcconnell was registering his sixth win over C&D when landing a similar event last month. He looks sure to make another bold bid, but SALEROSA should have the measure of him on today's terms. She too is a multiple winner on the Fibresand and just failed to catch the winner over 7f here on her latest start. Ann Duffield's mare can go one better now back to something like her best. Cheers Buddy is next best at the weights but is in woeful form, while River Ardeche has also been out of sorts so far this year.
