      Verdict

Tsarbuck can make the best of a step up in trip to see off Downland and Teehee. Robert Cowell's charge probably found six furlongs on the sharp side last time out but he has won under this jockey over course-and-distance and it could pay to be back with the partnership again. Downland landed some nice bets when beating Midshipman at the track over a mile. That form should be treated with a degree of caution as that rival has been steadily regressing over recent seasons. Merdiff and Teehee renew rivalries again after meeting here last week. Preference goes to the latter who has shaped encouragingly in recent runs and is well treated in light of old form. Tsarbuck gets our verdict in this contest.
