      Verdict

      The progressive WARRIOR’S VALLEY has improved with every start so far this year and shrugged off a penalty for an earlier course and distance success to score by over three lengths at Lingfield last week. There looks even more to come from him and he’s taken to defy a double penalty today. Samovar had gone close over track and trip before disappointing over 6f at Lingfield and looks the biggest threat while Undercover Brother should be sharper for a recent comeback at Newcastle but debuts on this surface along with the returning pair Milton Road and Global Rose.
