It's hard to have much confidence in any of this modest bunch. Marico separated a couple of woeful efforts with a win at Plumpton and it's anybody's guess what mood he'll be in while Phoenix Eye has been well beaten in three subsequent starts since scoring at Hereford. Fromthetop may do better dropping back down a grade but the speculative vote goes to OVERLAY. She faded quickly on her reappearance at Fontwell but rattled up a hat-trick late last year and is only 3lb higher than her latest victory in November.
