In depth

Verdict

CLOSE TO THE EDGE gets another chance to lose her maiden tag. Having shown good early pace, she was poised to strike but failed to pick up in the latter stages in both starts over 6f here. This drop back to the minimum trip looks sure to suit. Oh So Kool went close in the mud at Newcastle back in September but may need the outing after a three month lay-off. The same comment applies to Prince Titus, who faded close home over 5f at Beverley when last seen in September but Poppy's Rocket is worth noting on her debut for an in-form yard.
